Thirty years of materials science.
Two processes. One studio.
Wet Process
Plant 1The wet process produces our core PU synthetic leather through a multi-stage bath system. Base PU resin and DMF solvent are precisely formulated, filtered, and degassed before coating. The coagulation bath initiates controlled phase separation — creating the cellular structure that defines the material's feel. Multi-stage washing removes residual solvents. Tenter dryers set final dimensions.
Dry Process
Plant 2The dry process applies PU in successive skin layers onto a release paper, enabling precise control of surface texture and handle. One and two skin layer configurations are available. The substrate lamination and maturation stages ensure complete solvent removal and bond integrity.
We develop. We test. We iterate until it passes.
Most synthetic leather suppliers match from inventory. We begin with your requirement. Our R&D center — established 2011 — holds a patent on high-density textile manufacturing processes acquired in 2008. Every new specification goes through the same rigorous cycle before it ships. This same process applies to entirely new material development. If no existing product meets your requirement, our team formulates from first principles — developing a new PU construction specifically for your application.
